OVV Asuntopalvelut is a housing investor’s nationwide real estate asset management partner. OVV Asuntopalvelut – Investors House Kiinteistövarallisuudenhoito Oy belongs to the Investors House Oyj Group. Our clients include private housing investors, investment companies, funds, foundations, and housing associations and communities. Our services include brokerage of rental apartments and sales, which are handled by the franchise entrepreneurs of the OVV Asuntopalvelut chain. Their services also include rent control, management and rent guarantee for private clients. In addition to hosting and administration, we offer investment management companies financial administration and, if necessary, consulting and a comprehensive real estate asset management service in Investors House Kiinteistövarallisuudenhoito Oy’s unit, where we serve for example management companies, foundations and large entities.
OVV Asuntopalvelut is rooted in Student Rental Services, ie more familiarly OVV. The company was founded in 1994, and its core business is residential rental. The OVV business chain operates on the principle of franchising.
